"Eu cometi um erro na data da reserva. A recepcionista não fez esforço algum pra me alocar em outro quarto, mesmo com um longo histórico de hospedagem neste hotem. Quando uma outra recepcionista me attendeu, foi mais solícita, mas eu já havia reservado outro hotel e ainda precisei pagar a diária do estacionamento do carro. "A ala nova do hotel está impecável, tudo novinho e limpo, condições excelentes. Alguns pontos a citar: - Treinamento dos funcionários, alguns parecem não estar muitos satisfeitos em estar trabalhando lá. Pra quem lida com cliente a simpatia é algo fundamental. - Refeições: sentimos falta de frutas no almoço e janta e opções diet. Mas ter petit gateau pra mim foi genial e incrível. "A basic property adjacent to the local bus station within walking distance to downtown. Breakfast was limited but included eggs and a variety of breads and cakes - a very welcome inclusion as there are very few other options in the area. I was able to get early breakfast on my departure morning which was greatly appreciated.
