Café da manhã excelente

Os funcionários são educados. Recepção em reforma, mas nada que atrapalhe sua estadia. O banheiro do nosso quarto não estava dando descarga, como a recepção está em obras, eles chamaram o pedreiro que prontamente resolveu o problema. A única coisa que foi ruim é que estávamos cansados da viagem e tivemos que ficar 40min esperando ele arrumar. Depois vimos um vazamento do box. Mas como não era nada urgente só comunicamos para ciência deles para arrumar depois. O banheiro é bem pequeno. Mas de modo geral o quarto atendeu oq precisávamos para aquele momento. Camas confortáveis. Boa localização. Mesmo com barulhos de moto o tempo todo durante a noite, mas qdo vc está cansado, isso não incomoda. Café da manhã é excelente. Muitas opções. De tudo foi oq mais gostei. :)

Hotel novo, qiartos novos, limpeza boa e café excelente. Ar condicionado não tem aquecedor, quarto é frio, poucas cobertas para dias frios. Chuveiro fica caindo resistência o tempo todo, tornando o banho gelado. Pode melhorar estes pontos para merecer 5 estrelas.

Hospedagem bem localizada e tranquila

Apto limpo, honesto, porém, com certo conforto. Só não gostei do banheiro extremamente apertado (uma pessoa um pouco mais cheinha não se movimenta bem...). Café da manhã bom, vagas de estacionamento grátis e bem tranquilo. Boa localização, prox. Shopping Cidade Maringá.

Hotel bom custo benefício! - Limpeza: Extremamente limpo (o que para mim importa muito). - Localização: Boa localização, principalmente para quem vai a passeio, como no natal ( é próximo das principiais atrações) -Conforto: O quarto em si é confortável, porém as camas são muito ruins e antigas, você tem que deitar e não se mexer mais, pois parece que vai quebrar. -Café da manhã: bom pelo custo! Único ponto negativo: CAMA DESCONFORTÁVEL!

Podia ter sido perfeito

Bom hotel, ótimo café fã manha, bom staff exceto pelo funcionário da noite . Comuniquei minha chegada sozinha às 3 da manhã e fiquei apertando campainha que não funciona, por duas vezes liguei e ninguém atendeu e espanquei a porta conseguindo acorda una hospede e só depois apareceu o funcionário que ainda retrucou dizendo que só tinha saído por uns minutos . Se o hotel diz que tem recepção 24, a pessoa pode dormir,mas no sofá do saguão e não no quarto e ainda afrontar o hóspede dizendo que ele não está falando a verdade. Fora isso o hotel tem ótima localização para quem chega pela rodoviária, os funcionários são gentis, a limpeza e boa, o conforto razoável e o café da manhã ótimo.
