Hotel com localização central em Maringá. Hóspedes tem a disposição no hall de entrada bebidas geladas e picolés. Mesmo com o salão de refeições em reformas foi disponibilizado aos hóspedes café da manhã cortesia (café com leite, suco de laranja e bolos doces e salgados). Apenas observação negativa em relação a limpeza e arrumação do quarto: presença de insetos no banheiro e não arrumação e troca de lençóis da cama. Porém notificada a portaria dessas questões, novo quarto foi ofertado e tudo a situação não persistiu mais.

O único ponto é que você ouve totalmente as pessoas no hotel então acaba ficando um pouco barulhento

Cobraram estacionamento a 150 metros de distância, as malas foram descarregadas na rua, um ambiente perigoso e estava descrito como estacionamento disponível. Uma hora antes de finalizar o café da manhã já não tinha mais comida e bebida, banheiro sem secador de cabelo, sem shampoo e sabonete. Não recomendo, o valor é alto para não oferecer melhores condições de estadia e conforto.

o quarto estava com o box todo sujo, resto de sabonete e sujeira dentro do box. Nas camas não se utilizam de lençol com elastico, as cobertas estava com mal cheiro, usadas. Mudamos de quarto, o quarto estava com mal cheiro de esgoto, o box mal limpo, o ar condicionado barulhento. No caminho para o café, corredores, escadas sujos .

Equipe gentil, receptiva e café da manhã muito gostoso, simples, mas tudo feito com muito capricho. Única reclamação é a acústica do hotel, os quartos parecem ter parede de dry wall, dá pra ouvir tudo dos outros quartos e no banheiro parece que estamos todos juntos, até deu para ouvir um casal em momento íntimo de tão exposta é a acústica.
