Great value

Nice hotel, spacious rooms, great staff. My only complaint was that it is a little isolated. So, unless you have your own vehicle, you will need to Uber or taxi if you want to go into the city. The hotel was very comfortable with a good restaurant, reasonably priced, and a good morning breakfast buffet.

Serviço péssimo.

O hotel em si é excelente,mas cada vez que me hospedou percebo que vem piorando. A limpeza está deixando a desejar. O serviço de restaurante é muito ruim, principalmente o atendimento. O café da manhã deixa muito a desejar, de bolo velho e ressecado a xícaras e talheres sujos. Faltou até manteiga. Já me hospedei diversas vezes, sempre que vou em Maringá, mas infelizmente estou riscando da minha lista.

As instalações são muito boas. O café, ruim. Pouca variedade,para secos,frutas amargas e torta Sucos calóricos ( somente uva e laranja), sem opções para diabéticos ou para quem está fazendo regime. Bem simples para um padrão 4 estrelas!

A minha estadia foi boa, mas tivemos alguns contratempos. Quarto muito bom! Banheiro também! Tudo muito limpo. Porém, Teve uma festa rave perto do hotel com uma música muito alta e a janela do quarto de anti ruído não estava 100% vedada, tendo assim dificuldade de passar a noite. Sobre o café da manhã funcionários com dificuldade de administrar o café, faltando itens. Sendo assim ficando atribulado para os hóspedes.

Poderia ter sido melhor a experiência.

O hotel oferece boa relação custo benefício, porém a atendente Caroline deixou muito a desejar no atendimento, não foi atenciosa e muito menos solicita. Solicitei algo para lanchar ao invés do café da manhã já incluso no meu pacote porque ia sair antes das 6:00 da manhã e categoricamente ela disse não ter nada, apesar do hotel dispor de snacks e sucos de caixinha que poderiam ser disponibilizados facilmente, não houve a menor intenção de resolver. Solicitei que falasse com a gerente e ela disse que iria falar e não me deu retorno e apesar de eu ligar 2x para a recepção pedindo retorno e ela dizer que ainda não havia falado com a gerente, eu desisti. Solicitei ainda um drink cortesia já que iria ficar sem café da manhã e nem isso a atendente Caroline ofereceu. Simplesmente disse que não dispunha de nenhuma cortesia. O hotel é bom mas o atendimento da Caroline foi pessoal! Ao sair por volta das 5:00 a atendente da manhã já foi totalmente gentil e solicita, não lembro do nome mas foi muito gentil oferecendo um café da máquina e água.

Péssima escolha

Minha estadia foi ruim desde o check in, a atendente tinha má vontade, não esplicava nada direito (nem o horário do café da manhã foi falado). Estávamos em 3 adultos e 2 crianças, sendo que 1 dos quartos ficariam as 2 crianças, pois são pequenas, junto com os pais. No outro quarto, foi solicitado que fosse adaptado, porém não foi atendido. O hotel colocou a culpa na Hotéis.com, porém o site e prestador de serviço do hotel e a solução era simples, passar uma cama de solteiro para o quarto das crianças, mas não foi acatada pelo hotel. Depois tínhamos que pedir todos os dias para deixarem mais toalhas e lençóis para atender as 4 pessoas, sendo que 1 dos dias foi deixado um bilhete solicitando que mantivessem os lençóis, e os lençóis vieram manchados. O que ocorreu foi que mantiveram os lençóis, porém não arrumaram os quartos. Os cartões dos quartos TODOS os dias deram problemas sendo que após voltarmos nunca abriam as portas dos quartos. O café da manhã sempre ficava sem alguns itens pois não havia pessoal suficiente para repor a comida e recolher os pratos e efetuar a limpeza das mesas. Por fim pedi para falar com o gerente do hotel, porém o mesmo não estava lá e só voltaria após o feriado (maior período de ocupação do hotel). Não recomendo este hotel pelo despreparo dos funcionários e pelo descaso com os hóspedes. Procurem outros hotéis mais bem localizado a e com melhor atendimento.
