"When we arrived, the unit smelled very humid, to the point we had to air it out for the first day just so that it felt breathable again. Both my partner and I got sick, possibly from the bacteria which thrive in humidity… We actually noticed mold in the bathroom… They said that the humidity was because they hadn’t opened the unit in 2 weeks, but that’s not our fault.
