This was the perfect location to walk everywhere in Napoli. The proprietor is an absolute gem. He is kind, patient and gracious. He even carried our luggage to the taxi. We did learn that 65 steps is to the 2nd floor😃 There is no lift/elevator so you will be carrying your luggage up stairs. The treat is when you get there this 1670’s building is fantastic! We were not disappointed at all.

Clean room. My only concern was the check-in: We arrived on a Sunday and I think we were the only ones in the building. A staff person was supposed to open the door remotely but did not buzz us into the building at the confirmed arrival time. Otherwise, the room and amenities were lovely and we received great tips on where to eat and visit.

The room we had was at the entrance and is it not soundproof as listed on Expedia. We ear every other Guess coming in and out of the bnb. But Giangi and all the staff are incredible so ... Can't give them less than 5 star 😁

We had a wonderful stay - the room was fabulous, the location great and the breakfast was delicious. Served in the cafe downstairs - simple, but just what we needed to start our day. But most of all was the warm welcome we received from the owner and staff that made our trip all the more special. We would not hesitate to come back to this hotel when we come back to Napoli - and we will as soon as we can.

Giuglia and Giangi had my wonderfully designed apartment reservation with a fully equipped kitchen ready for me for an early check-in and we're always available for me on WhatsApp for any questions. My room was on the top floor so I got exercise since there are no elevators. The shared living space is historic and well designed from the era of The Borbone. Very helpful and kind staff at Le Stanze del Principe just minutes from The Ortobotanico off Via Foria.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. Giangi was great coordinating our later check in after our flight was delayed and recommending how to make the most of the city on our way out. The host is so, unbelievably friendly and helpful. What an enjoyable stay I had! And the building, is an old house from like 1692, so gorgeous. It was a tiny bit noisy, but that was only because I was right by reception. I would still go again
