"Great value if looking for a clean, basic hotel. Newer showers, however, there were some apparent leaks from floor above. Breakfast included each morning which was wonderful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If street noise is an issue, that can be a problem with the loud cars or motorcycles coming by occasionally if windows are open."

"Owners are fabulous. Property is perfect— nice and functional. Had everything our adventurous family of 3 (child age 7) needed to enjoy our 8 day stay in the Azores. Beach club right across the street is AWESOME, as are the views from the balcony. 100%. Best restaurant on the island is across the street as well - BocaBerta. Will definitely be recommending this property to all of our family and friends visiting the Azores."

"The property and hotel are situated close to the beach and Sunset Grill restaurant. It was clean and modern! The breakfast is delicious and brought to your room every morning. The staff was very helpful and provided information on itineraries for the day or suggestions on what to do! We had a stress-free and vacation because we had such a wonderful place to relax at the end of a busy day touring the island."
