The Grand Hotel Acores Atlantico was a great hotel to stay at for our first trip to Sao Miguel in the Azores. The hotel staff were all very helpful from arranging airport transportation for our arrival and departure to helping our group of 6 plan tours of the island. The hotel location was perfect for walking to restaurants or shopping or going across the street to swim in the ocean at the city of Ponta Delgado public swimming facility. Daily breakfast was included in our stay and was outstanding.

The staff was friendly from The moment we arrived. We valeted and every day we receive our car with wat mers in it for our adventures. What a touch. They also added our Towles to the car when we mentioned a beach day. The entire hotel was clean and the views were great. We enjoyed nights at the lounge having a drink and playing cards. I highly recommend this centrally located hotel

My daughter and I loved staying at this property during our stay in Ponta Delgada. Breakfast was included and had many fresh and tasty choices. The pool area was very relaxing and had both a steam room and sauna that were very clean. Front desk staff were very helpful with luggage and advice for transportation, activities and restaurants.
