Property is nice and clean, and I’m a great location. Room is spacious and comfortable. The one part the was a big issue for me was the noise. I was hesitant to originally book here because I read reviews about noise. Those reviews are correct. It’s single pane windows so the street noises comes through loudly. As well, I was in the 6th floor, so you’d hear the rooftop patio movement at all times of night and morning. If you stay here, ask for a room in the 5th floor and not facing the street.

Amazing stay at ONTO in CDMX. The location is perfect, close to excellent restaurants, easy to get to main attractions and the staff are superb. They upgraded us to a fabulous room on the top floor ... the rooftop on was better than we anticipated with magnificent views of the city. Highly.... Highly recommend!

This hotel was located perfectly in Roma Norte. Very walkable area with tons of options for food and exploring. We loved the hotel room we stayed in—super clean and modern. We almost forgot about the rooftop, but it was beautiful up there for an early morning breakfast with such pleasant service.

We had the most wonderful stay in Mexico City! Onto is a very luxurious place to enjoy. Walking distance from many Michelin star restaurants, lots of fun places to shop, and many cool cocktail bars. The room was very clean and comfortable for our stay. The shower products smelled divine. The hotel staff was so courteous and helpful - truly wonderful service! If you’re in Mexico City you should book your next stay here!

Great neighborhood with good bars and restaurants. Staff was amazing. Pablo helped us so much throughout our stay. I wish they can add more beds for the family stay. I would recommend this place 10/10.
