"The Reef 28 was the best stay we’ve had in a long time! We stumbled across it last minute but it’s our new Playa favorite. The service was spectacular but the food… just wow! I could eat the sea bass in the main restaurant every night. Adults only and definitely add the all inclusive, worth it! Heads up, there’s a few bars on 28th that are pretty loud and right under the balconies on that side. Thanks to all that made our stay so enjoyable."

"Just got back from Riu Palace Riviera , we went as a group of 10 and we really enjoyed ourselves . The water is beautiful here , there was 3 shades of blue , and clear. The rooms were very clean, the food was normal for an all inclusive . But the service was outstanding . Miguel and Marcos served our group to above our expectations!! Emmanuel in the entertainment staff that guy gave it his everything to everyone. Everyone loved him . The music was a little dull by the pool but lots brought a small speaker and played their own . Overall we loved it , we would definitely go back, if you haven’t been , you should go. "

"This was my second time coming here with my family, we really enjoyed the property and the service. The only complain I have is when making reservations. They say you have to make them the day of but when I asked if i could make it for the following day they said NO!! But on the day before my last day they said they could do that !! I would’ve greatly appreciated if they said that the day I checked in ! I was furious "

"It was Awesome, from the minute you step foot onto property, until your departure the employees make sure you’re happy & having a great time. The beach was awesome, but the was seaweed, which every beach in this area has excess sea weed due to a large storm. So not the hotels fault- they do there best to keep it clean constant employees raking it up. The food & drinks were amazing & I am a picky eater. The kids park looked awesome as we didn’t bring ours."
