Grand Sunset Princess - All Inclusive

"My friends and I stayed at this resort and would definitely recommend it. The staff—including the bartenders, room service, and concierge—were all excellent. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and had a great air conditioning system, which made the stay even more comfortable. The pool was one of the highlights of the resort and was a great alternative since the ocean had quite a bit of seaweed during our stay. The only two downsides were the food and the location. I can't comment on the à la carte restaurants because they were fully booked throughout our trip, so we ended up eating every meal at the buffet. The buffet was okay but could definitely be improved. Another thing I didn't like was that Uber wasn't allowed to pick us up directly from the resort. If we wanted to use Uber, we first had to take the hotel's shuttle to another location, which was inconvenient. There also isn't much surrounding the resort if you're looking to do any shopping. Overall, I'd rate the resort closer to a 4-star experience than a true 5-star. That said, it still offers great value for an all-inclusive vacation. As someone who's fairly selective when it comes to hotels, I would still recommend staying here."

"Housekeeping was great. Butler was not available right away as informed. We had to tell someone else and they sent a WhatsApp chat vs visiting and showing us room. Once the sales girl walked us to check in desk and we declined offers they didn’t pay much attention. Once we got a hold of the 7 butlers they helped in chat only. Place is big and food was good. We figured out how to get around and other staff was friendly enough to help. Art classes were fun. Expected a bit more for what we paid. Swim up pool was great. Not much of ocean view. There was also maintenance occurring at pool. We weren’t informed."

"The property was absolutely beautiful and clean. Our room was spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing we didn’t love was that the shower is not separated by a wall. it’s in the room, so there really isn’t much privacy. The staff was very helpful and kind. The food wasn’t the greatest. It wasn’t bad, just average but there was plenty of it. Overall we had a great stay"
