"We had a great stay! The resort is beautiful, on the beach, and staff is great. There are very few signs for buildings, so we got lost quite a bit Day 1, but once we figured it out, everything was wonderful"

"Overall, we had a very nice stay at the Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen. The amenities were good, and the staff were lovely! The location is ideal for shopping in the city center and getting to the ferry over to Cozumel. We felt safe during our stay as well. The only downside is the beach, but we knew that when booking here. The food was good for an all-inclusive, but we only tried Bella and Brasas for reservations, as the Mexican restaurant was closed on Wednesdays."

"The is property is beautiful I will give it 8/10 our room the rr shower didn’t work the blow dryer didn’t work. Now the reason why I rate 8/10 is because the food is horrible we stayed Friday-Tuesday and the only good thing we’re the Tacos. Food needs flavor a lot of empty trays I wouldn’t go back just because of the food. The place overall is beautiful."

"One of the best all inclusives we have been to. It’s really well thought out and laid out. The property itself is phenomenal and so are the rooms. The whole energy and vibe on the property is A+. After 7 days I have to say the food is being way oversold and same with the food service. The food for the most part is average or below average. All most everything we had at the restaurants was either way overcooked or tasted like it was reheated and had been sitting out for a long time. The pool staff, bartenders, housekeeping and butlers all gave excellent service. But the service at the restaurants left a lot to be desired. It was also below average. It was common to be ignored, forgotten, get the orders wrong (all the time), not checked on for refills and I had dinner spilled all over me by a waiter twice. No apologies or anything for dumping hot grease on me. Didn’t even get me a napkin or say anything when I had to go change in the middle of dinner."
