"Great family stay. Had alot of fun and staff was very helpful. One thing I wish I knew is that if you make reservations to be picked up and transported to Xel-Ha, Xplor or any park and you don’t end up going you get charged. Even though it’s included in the hotel all inclusive to all parks."

"Our stay here was PHENOMENAL!! The staff was AMAZING. The property was exceptional and well maintained!! The beds are like sleeping on clouds! Soooooo much fun and will definitely be back! The only thing I would do is maybe not come during seaweed season not the hotels fault but the beaches were not swimmable!! Other than that everything was amazing"

"We loved our stay! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Amenities were great and the resort is family friendly. There was always something to do - pools, performances, beach, the kids club. The only thing we would change is the sales aspect. As soon as we stepped in, they immediately had someone trying to sell us a vacation membership. It’s the only reason we didn’t give it an excellent."
