"The rooms were expected to be ready by 3:00. However, of our 4 rooms, one was not ready until after 4:00. Not a big deal usually except we had been traveling overseas and were needing to get some rest. The doorman was very friendly and helpful with information about the area. Staff was very pleasant."
"This was a fantastic hotel - very cool and funky. The bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. We had a Double Deluxe, there was plenty of room. The 360 bar was incredible and is a perfect place to spend your evening. I was really happy with this hotel and would certainly recommend it. We did not try the breakfast, restaurant, or gym facilities so I cannot comment on those. It's in a great location to explore all of the main sightseeting and shopping areas of Barcelona."
"I arrived in Barcelona very early in the morning. The hotel staff stored my luggage in a safe, locked location while I toured the city. Later when it was time to check in, the first room they put me in smelled of smoke. When I told them, they immediately relocated me to a different room that did not have any smoky odors.
