"The Breakfast was good, (eggs were cold) but everything else was fine. The food at the Bar (4 th floor) was terrible and also tried to get a wrap from the 5th floor restaurant 30 minutes before they closed and they couldn’t accommodate me. Therefore I got a takeaway but needed some forks , the breakfast bar charged me for 2 wooden forks. Disappointed in the food at the hotel. Otherwise the hotel is very nice 8 out 10."

"The check-in was fast and friendly! There was a few attendance working, and even though there was quite a few people trying to check in it went smoothly and uneventful. The only thing that surprised me was there was a four euro per person tax something to do with travel or the like. But it wasn’t that big so I didn’t care. I just hadn’t realized that there was one. The rooms were clean and everything is perfect. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Free shuttle service to the airport and the large selection from the breakfast was amazing.!"

"Breakfast was good, but the hot buffet portions were lukewarm at best, so maybe some improvement in that area would be helpful. Only one set of towels provided in the room (two of us), and brought it to the attention of the person who checked us in. He assured me we’d find additional towels in the wardrobe in the room. Turned out there were none, but I couldn’t be bothered following up a second time. Overall, nice clean hotel with friendly staff."

"We had a quick stay here after arriving by train and heading to the airport the next morning. Its convenient location is its best asset, literally right next door to the Oriente train station. Staff was helpful, though I had some trouble understanding the check-in clerk's English. (Can't complain too much, as I speak zero Portuguese!) Seeing sunrise over the water from the 11th floor was a treat. Ground floor restaurant -- "Guilty" pleasures -- was a good value, not too expensive. "
