"Very friendly staff, nice welcome and all very efficient. The room was quite small but with a cool style and very clean. Would be good to have a coffee making facility in the room. But there is 24 hour snack bar and a nice bar with good service and great cocktails! Breakfast is very reasonably priced and lots of options. Overall this is a great choice if you need to get to the airport quickly or take a long distance train. The metro/train to Lisbon centre takes only 15 mins and uber is very cheap too if you’re out late. Thanks to the staff team who were super welcoming!"

"The staff here is incredibly helpful. Even the restaurant staff on the third floor opened the wine we brought from Porto and placed it in ice. They also made it possible for us to have a table outside in the sky lounge, even without a reservation, for a better view. However, I’m giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 because the room is quite small. It’s too small for three people (including two adults and a teenager). We had luggages since we’ve been traveling around Portugal for ten days, and this hotel was our last stop before we went home. We were disappointed with how cramped the room was. The closet is also quite small. Also the fridge is only for the drinks that the hotel is offering, so you can’t put anything to chill inside. On the positive side, the location of the hotel is excellent. It’s right next to the train station and the mall."

"The hotel itself was nice, but we were very disappointed with how our booking was handled. We booked a room that was advertised for 3 guests, but upon arrival we were told the third guest could only be a child, not an adult. They would not allow us to cancel the stay, leaving us with no real choice but to upgrade to a larger suite for an additional fee. This should have been clearly stated during the booking process. Unfortunately, it left a negative impression despite an otherwise okay stay."
