"Almost no shower pressure making it very difficult to rinse shampoo and actually get clean. Also, worst check in experience I have had in a long time. The woman at the desk was not only rude but actively chose to make things difficult. She walked away from the phone when told the booking site was going to call her when there was a problem with my reservation. She then ignored me for a bit when I was given a new confirmation number. She then wouldn’t provide a receipt for food. When I tried to double check that she spelled my name correctly, she condescendingly said “I have your license” when all I wanted to do was be sure she didn’t assume the spelling. She was just outright hostile and nasty. Just a completely horrible experience. I would not book here again."
