"The elevators made a rough movement when operating it's scary and dangerous. The floor on the breakfast area is kept very dirty and slippery. The lobby bathroom had no toilet paper. The room ac unit was loud and prevented good rest. The dishwasher had dirty dishes. The "clean" dishes had smudges. ..."
