We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Staff members (Eric, DaQuan and LaTonya) were very professional, cordial, knowledgeable, accommodating and talked as if they really enjoyed their jobs and being of service. This Hampton Inn will definitely be my first choice of hotels the next time I'm in the area.

Our stay was very comfortable. The hotel is clean and that’s number #1 for me. Also, very quiet, so sleep was good. The front desk staff is warm and friendly at all times, and every night they bake cookies for guests. Will stay again!

Everything seemed clean exceot our shower. Had a used bottle of shower gel from previous guest and pink mold/bacteria growing. The hotel is in a kind of sketchy area. The breakfast buffet was excellent, though.

Clean and friendly. Beds are horrible

The overall hotel was clean and well managed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and had plenty of bedspace for all of us. The hotel was quiet and the temp control worked well. The beds on the other hand were absolutely horrible. The regular beds were so uncomfortable and even the slightest movement shook the whole bed. The pullout bed was even worse, it felt like I was sleeping on a thick blanket laid over a metal net. Worst nights sleep I've gotten in a long time.

The overall stay was great - it was a little dusty and cold in the hallway getting off the elevator as they were doing construction on the hotel - either an addition or renovation. Didn't affect our stay once to our room.
