its not a 24hrs front desk they closes at 9pm… But we easily accessed our key thru a lock box… the room is so spacious, clean with full size appliances in the kitchen, utensils are clean. What a gem! We will definitely book again 👍

I was there to meet my son thats in the military. I haven't seen him for 2 years so I wanted to cook for him. We had everything we needed. We got to enjoy a great dinner. Then we had a movie night and snacks. Its like a little apartment. It was like home away from home. The staff knocked it put of the park. They were the best! We will be staying at stayapt anytime we can.

After completing a Spartan Race in Fayetteville, I was absolutely exhausted. It was around 50 degrees outside, raining for most of the day, and I had logged over 5 miles through mud, water, and every obstacle imaginable. By the time I arrived at the hotel, I was cold, soaked, worn down, and running on fumes. From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff went above and beyond. I arrived earlier than expected, and while my room was being prepared, the front desk team kindly allowed me to use their restroom to get out of my wet, muddy race gear and into something dry. That simple act of kindness meant more than they probably realized at the time. The entire check-in process was smooth, professional, and welcoming. Once my room was ready, everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed after such a physically demanding day. The staff consistently demonstrated outstanding customer service and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The checkout process was just as easy and efficient as check-in, making the entire experience stress-free from beginning to end. It’s often the little things that make the biggest difference, and this team absolutely delivered. They turned what could have been a miserable, cold, post-race evening into a comfortable and memorable experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Fayetteville area. Thank you for making a tired, muddy Spartan racer feel right at home.

Our stay at StayAPT was nothing like the description provided. The facility needs significant improvement in cleanliness and maintenance. The carpets were old, dirty, and dusty, making the room feel unkempt. The staff was generally unprofessional, with the exception of the manager/supervisor, who was helpful and courteous. The bed was one of the worst parts of our stay. It felt extremely old, with noticeable springs, and provided little to no support. My wife and I woke up with severe back and neck pain and ultimately had to cancel our plans for the following morning because of the discomfort. Although the property is pet-friendly, there was dog feces scattered around the building, creating an unpleasant and unsanitary environment. The condition of the grounds was unacceptable and frankly disgusting. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made to the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience.
