"Wow. Words can’t express how pleasant and the level of attention my stay at this hotel was. The property itself is beautiful. The food at the hotel was delicious, but the best part of the hotel was their staff. Every single staff member was attentive and welcoming. Two stand out members for me was Gabrielle, and Wendy. Both of these ladies made sure whatever need I had was met. They were extremely attentive and made sure we were having a great time during our stay. Top tier customer service, and that alone elevated my whole experience here. I would come back to this hotel without a second thought. I am already looking forward to my next stay because this was one for the books. The rooms were clean, the property was well kept and you can feel that quiet luxury feeling while staying here. The vibe of this hotel is serene, relaxing and calm. The beach is beautiful and extremely clean. Relatively close to all the main attractions of the city. 10 out of 10 experience."

"Second visit to this hotel, prior to my scuba diving trip. A little pricy for just one night, but the convenience of the location on Grace Bay is what I was looking for. Four quality restaurants are within walking distance, so that is a plus as well. Rooms have AC, ceiling fan and in my case - a huge round tub in the middle of the room. I would think it fits two persons easily. Rooms were very clean with separate toilet and shower room. All the facilities were in working order. Staff is very friendly and receptive for your needs. If I travel back here for diving again, will look at Zensa for my first choice."

"We absolutely loved our stay at West Bay Club Resort! If you’re looking for a beautiful, quiet, relaxing place to stay, we highly recommend it! And located on the beautiful Grace Bay beach! Breakfast is included every morning and is buffet style, with eggs made to order. Everything was delicious! There are also several really nice restaurants within walking distance. Wymara Resort is right next door and has four restaurants—Blue View Bistro, Pink Bar, Land & Sea, and Indigo. The Marine Room is also just across the street. The staff was absolutely fantastic! Every person we encountered was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They truly are beautiful people and made our stay even more enjoyable. ❤️ The resort itself is quiet and never felt crowded, which we loved. The beach and pool area were beautiful, clean, and peaceful. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas, and the beach service was wonderful. Our room had great air conditioning, and the daily maid service was excellent. We also loved coming back to the room to the bed turned down each evening. One of our favorite things was having the complimentary non-motorized water toys, including paddleboards, kayaks, and snorkeling gear. There are two very popular snorkeling areas close to the resort—Coral Gardens and Bight Beach—one to the left and one to the right. The on-site restaurant, Two West, offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there is also beach bar service with a lunch menu. It was so convenient being"

"This hotel exceeded every expectation. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The grounds were lovely, the beach was gorgeous, the food was delicious. The room had a full-size fridge, coffee pot, and dishes so we were able to make some small meals. We appreciated being walking distance from a large grocery store and multiple restaurants and our snorkel tour operator picked us up from the beach right out front. Looking at the other larger resorts along the beach I believe we had the best location and service."
