We loved our stay in a 1br oceanfront jr suite! Beautiful view, clean and well appointed room and property. Staff was great, esp waiters Samuel and Jamesley. Nice details like Bulgari products and Frette towels. Loved the food and view from rooftop bar and restaurant Pelago. We recd and $18 per person daily breakfast credit that helped offset the overall very high food costs in T&C. Nice reef in front to snorkel and saw turtles as nearby Smith’s Reef.

Beautiful property and very courteous staff. The beachfront side is new with attractive, modern furnishings. I loved the washer/dryer and large kitchen in the one-bedroom suite . The only issue with this property is the food and the wait for the food. The breakfast was not that great, the room service food was aweful (flatbread had chicken that tasted old) and they took very long. Also, the food (appetizers in this case) by the roof top bar took really long and was not good. They need to improve in food to make this 5 stars.

What an absolutely perfect spot. From the moment we entered the property we were in paradise. The staff is so friendly, warm, and welcoming. The rooms are immaculate and beautiful. The view cannot be beat. Being on the reef, if you get close to it you can see all the beautiful fish without even using snorkeling gear, which of course is provided for a truly nominal cost. The shuttle to the grocery store is very convenient. The food is good. If I were to go back to the island I wouldn’t even shop other properties I would just book here. Thank you all for an excellent stay!!

Our experience at Windsong was great. We were in the beachfront junior suite, which was stunning— the perfect amount of space, beautiful views, a comfortable bed, and two full bathrooms. Kitchens stocked with everything you could need. The property is very well maintained, every staff member we encountered was friendly, amenities are good. The elevators can be a bit slow. The food at the property isn’t very good. It’s okay if you’re in a pinch, but for the price, not worth it. Overall, great place to stay.

We just got home from our stay at Windsong on the Reef and we already wish we could go back! Having seen that it's on the smaller scale compared to the many tall and sprawling resorts on Grace Bay, it had a cozy vibe while still feeling upscale. We had a pool front/beach front junior suite and it was awesome having our own access to the small semi-private right from our patio (there are two of these semi-private pools with a larger pool available for the whole property). We would swim at dusk when it was cooler and it was so relaxing after a day on the beach. Our best snorkeling pictures were directly from the reef around Windsong's private beach. Didn't even need the excursion we took. Loved the refreshing icy lemon water available, along with the communal sunscreen and complimentary paddle boards and other water sport accessories. The staff was super friendly as well. The continental breakfast is good, but it's mostly cold items (fruit, yogurt, pastries) with some oatmeal and the ability to make toast. And while it's listed as complimentary, you're still served with a bill at the end for $.04, which none of the servers could really explain to me. The food is expensive, so be prepared. The discounted shuttles to the grocery store happen at 4pm each day, so I would recommend making your own meals in the fully stocked kitchens with high grade appliances. We loved it there and would definitely go back!
