Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly and genuinely helpful, always ready to accommodate with ease and kindness. While the hotel is not directly on the beach, it is just a short four-minute walk away. Once there, you’ll find loungers and umbrellas waiting and the water is absolutely stunning. We spent time snorkeling every day and never tired of it. It was a beautiful, easygoing stay from start to finish and a trip we will remember fondly."

"We had a very nice stay at this property. Once the staff knew it was our honeymoon they gave us a room upgrade with a gorgeous ocean view at check in. The property is beautifully landscaped and sits on a prime stretch of beach on Grace Bay. The staff was very friendly and all the food we consumed, both the breakfast buffet and dinner at their Italian restaurant were quite nicely done."
