"We enjoyed our stay! We loved the pools and hot tubs. Free breakfast was pretty good. The options are the same every day. The room was clean. "We have stayed at Creekstone several times. Love the balcony overlooking the river. The staff is always friendly & helpful. The complimentary breakfast is great. The only negative I had was the bathroom in our room this last time was extra small & the toilet was extra short. Not good for someone with bad knees. But will stay there again next time we go to Pigeon Forge."

Pigeon River Inn

8/10 Good
"Staff was generally friendly. Good nice people. There is nothing wrong this hotel. I struggle with its posted rating above 2 stars though. This is an older hotel more in line with less expensive hotel brands (think older Sleep Inn, older Baymonts, etc…). Clean, just old, Still has the older mustier smelling AC units that blow constantly, beds are firm spring boxes, etc…. There is NO reason to not stay there, but understand at 2 1/2 stars, it is NOT the same as Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inns that reside in that same star category. I’d stay there again, but only to save money if I had to."

"Overall, our stay was great. Unfortunately though, the laundry room was out of service and an employee was smoking in the stairs that lead down from our 2nd floor room when we were going to the pool. The smoking was truly a problem, as I have pretty bad asthma and a 4-year-old son. Even though she moved as we were coming down, we still had to breathe in her cigarette smoke."
