Gatlinburg - Pigeon Forge Hotels

"The room was clean but the property was a little run down. At initial check-in I was greeted with some pretty sharp rudeness when asking questions about why I wasn’t able to check in 1 hour early as I was told I could do so over the phone. Then I was also told that rooms wouldn’t even be ready by 4 pm with no particular reason given. This happened with several people. Then little things in the room didn’t work; which did get fixed. But the beds were terrible and no mattress protectors or even anything to keep the springs from hitting your back so harshly. Maybe it was just my room, but it was awful. It’s an ok resort but there are some amazing places in the area, and I’m certain that if you’re looking for comfort, a bit of relaxation, nice beds. Lots of room to spread out and potentially a bit of feeling amazing that you, like me, won’t mind spending the extra cash at another property. Strictly for kids? This is a B + then. "

"Everything is so good! Location, staff, view from room, room service - we liked it all. They must address one thing. There has to be adequate supply of drinking water free of cost. This is basic necessity."

"The breakfast was subpar, was hard to get a turn in the hot tub due to people hanging out in it drinking alcohol for long periods of time, rented 2 rooms that were supposed to be adjoined they were not and was 4 rooms apart. Very displeased"

"Overall our stay was good. The staff is very strict and can be rude about the pool rules. I was unaware that you could wear swimsuits with a zipper and I was unable to go down the waterslides with my four year-old because of my swimsuit. Other than that the property was nice.For the price our vacation was good. The popcorn wasn’t "

"Room and beds were very clean. This was my second stay here and it was just as satisfying. The bathrooms are a little small and the tvs are tiny. But we just used it for sleep. It is extremely budget friendly and just up the road from Dollywood. Highly recommend if you’re trying to save some money or are just looking for a place to sleep. It’s also within walking distance of a Casey’s Gas Station. So food is easy to find. Their breakfast was also really good for the price."

"The hotel was OK. We had stink bugs in our rooms. The buffet was $350 for 8 people and it was absolutely horrible food. The food is overpriced and it’s BAD. Really BAD. It’s a decent hotel but it isn’t 4 stars. And they need to revamp their food."
