"Super close to downtown, the room was fairly clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we made the trip back to Gatlinburg. "

"All of the staff was pleasant and kind! The resort was absolutely beautiful!!!! It had everything we needed! The pools and hot were amazing and outdoor space relaxing. We loved the fire pits! The evening reception drinks were extremely good... The best we ever had at an Embassy Suites. The only complaint about the evening reception was I wish their was a better variety of the snacks. We definitely will be back! Looking forward to our next trip to your location! "

"The AC in room didn’t work. Not even the fan. The front service clerk personal did try to relocate us but the room that was available and had working ac, didn’t had a working lock door. Luckily, wasn’t that hot the night my girlfriend and I stayed. And parking. End up using an app that gave us discount on a near by parking building and paid $17 for the night. Not that bad compared to other parking spots available. And was 3 blocks away. "
"Fantastic experience from booking through check out. Staff answered questions promptly prior to check in and responded to requests for towels within 20 minutes (which was appreciated, but not needed as I requested for the next day). Dinner was fabulous, staff was exceptional. Breakfast is quick grab and go, or hot food (extra cost) to order if required. Traveled with group of 4 adult family members and suite was spacious and comfortable. Walk to town is quick, tough the uphill back is very dark so be mindful of wildlife. We had a wonderful time and I would recommend to anyone visiting the area. "
