"Ok. No toilet paper. AC was not cool and auto turns off sometimes. Also very hot upon returning to the room since the key is needed to power the AC. Shower towels were thin and tiny. Shower set up sprayed water all over toilet and floor around sink (standard for older Vietnam set up)."

"Staff were efficient and professional. Lovely to have a room upgrade on arrival. Rooms were clean & spacious and kids were happy they had their own beds. Pool open until late which was a bonus and breakfast was good. Wished we stayed longer than a night, would definitely return. Thank you. "
"I had an amazing time at Hotel Nikko, Sophie at the front desk was PHENOMENAL and so sweet. This was my first time to HCMC and I’ll definitely be coming back to stay here. "
"People are the most important, service always been providing everything I may needed at the time, exceeding expectations, its the second time I stay at T Ritz and I will come back."
"I’ve stayed in many hotels and have never received better service than from the staff at Mai House. They have become My Home away from home and the only place I will stay in Ho Chi Minh City. And if you need a venue for a special event, they knocked that out of the park for me and my bride’s wedding. "
