From the moment we arrived this hotel was amazing. From Lyn and her team to the person who opens the door and the security who help you into your grab. Such a friendly hotel to stay at. The location is fantastic. Literally only 200 metres from Van Hahn Shopping centre which has so many restaurants to choose from and a great super market. Assortment of great restaurants to choose from right near the hotel. Even a hospital only 100 metres away. To get to district 1 by grab only takes about 14 minutes. I stayed 23 days at this hotel and the service by all the staff including the cleaners was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here on my next trip to Saigon. I rate the service provided by this hotel the best of any I have stayed at in Saigon.
