Very clean suite, clean, sparking pool and hot tub, however, staff began closing breakfast bar BEFORE the cutoff time. This is the second time this has happened to us at this specific hotel, and it is unfair. Breakfast should be open and available to guests until the cutoff time, not before. Because of this, many guests were unable to eat breakfast. Please address this!

Paid for a king suite with a king bed, got a room with 2 full size beds!! Went back down to see about getting another room with a king bed, nothing avail!!! Will never stay here again!! Elevators are steaming hot as is the hall ways!! Uggg!

The room and staff were Awesome. That was one of the most spacious and accomadating rooms my family has ever stayed in, with the nicest and most welcoming staff. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay for first trip to Arizona. The only negative on the whole trip was the bed. To have a bed like that in such an amazing room was a little disappointing.

The rooms are spacious. The lobby is set up in a way that allows for large groups, and the barbecue area next to the pool and hot tub is a nice touch. The selection of food at breakfast was good, and there is a kitchenette in each room in case you don’t want to go out for every meal. Also, the fitness room and guest laundry are open 24 hours a day. My mother is in a wheelchair, and her accessible room was excellent. There are lifts for both the pool and the hot tub. My entire family enjoyed our stay at the property. Thank you so much.

This was my 3rd stay here. Always clean and front desk staff is very friendly. Feel safe parking my vehicle and there are restaurants/grocery stores very close. There is a mid-size refrigerator, microwave, and dishes/silverware in the room. I stayed with my daughter and a friend of hers. When my friend came to visit the girls drew the curtain between the beds and the living room so they could have some privacy and rest from our busy day. It's the only place I stay when I come to the Phoenix area and you can't beat the rates.

The hotel itself great. Very clean and modern. The only thing I'd note was that the reception host was not friendly at all. She was very monotone and barely acknowledged me when I arrived and stood in front of her. Later that night I called the front desk and asked for extra blankets and she had a lot of attitude like it was a bother. Other than that, I'd say my stay was great.
