Great staff, free quick valet service, unlimited free bottled water, great big window view from room. Negative was not a single slot machine gave me any wins. 4 plays per $20 and not a single win over 2 days and multiple machines. Was very odd to not get a single win. So lost money there!

I really liked the room. It was very clean, the bedding was very nice and soft, the bed was extremely comfortable and it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again. The restaurant was tasty I think they could have a better bar with more selection, perhaps maybe a really cool Pub, but the staff at check-in was not friendly or helpful at all. They were going to call us they never did an hour had passed from 3:30 to 4:30 and we needed to get our room to get ready for the concert and eat dinner. I had to go up and wait in line and talk to somebody about getting our room and again they were not very pleasant. No smile and not very helpful

6/10 Okay

If you stay early in the week, your choice of restaurants are really restricted. Room service comes in bags, they should let you know this in advance. For the price they charge you might us well walk down pick it up yourself. The staff all look miserable, you're lucky if get any of them to smile.. The tower suite rooms are very nice, the pool is fabulous and outside service was wonderful.

I left a review on the hotel's site. We had a corner suite on the 9th floor. No service to the room between days (we stayed 2 nights) Other hotels we stay at, you opt out to be ignored. And call me selfish but approx 450 a night, I want a working bathtub. They pull the plugs out of the shower/tub for safety reasons, huh? It was fine, nothing bad, exceptional, nope. Would we go again, well yes, they have decent entertainment shows for the older crowd. Eagles tribute band was great-Sat night. Cheap Trick, not as good Sun. night, still had a great time with friends.
