This stay was so cute!!! I loved it. The property was very easy to find, check in was smooth, the lobby/foyer area is gorgeous. The room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated.

Walkable to a gas station for snacks and an ice cream stand. Short walk to the park and John Coltrane’s childhood home. It’s a 10-15min drive to downtown and Chinatown. Great Security. Walkable historical sights. Very reasonable pricing.

A pretty good deal

The accomodations were pretty much exactly what was advertised, and the price was great for the location. There were a few little things that could have been better, but nothing egregious. I’d recommend this place to a friend looking to stay close to downtown Philadelphia.

Everything was great, but I took away 1 star from communication because it was not made clear beforehand that an additional incidental fee will be needed before check-in.

I really loved how secure and safe it felt. You had multiple locked doors to go through and the surrounding area was relatively quiet. The layout is nice and has cute decorations. Kitchen is really nice. Only two things that I wasn't prepared for. In one part of the property details it says the kitchen is a shared space with other people in your party and you get the whole apartment to yourself. After booking and getting the more detailed info I found that it was shared with your room and one other. It is not a big deal. I never even saw them but it does make it hard if you have activities later and are worried about making noise and waking up the neighbors. The internet also didn't work but could have easily been fixed for me if I contacted the property managers. I wasn't planning on using it much anyway so I saw no need to. Overall it was a good experience and I would book again.

Pretty nice place to stay for a short visit

It was a good place to stay. Pros: clean, easy parking out front (for up to 2 hours, during 8-10), nice location, quiet (except trains), and easy to get into townhome. Nice bathroom - good water pressure, great a/c and comfortable bed. Room had a pleasant smell. Cons: Looks nothing like the picture listed. The river is far away. The room was on the small side, but made for a couple. Do not understand the $60 extra person charge. That seems shady. The bathroom has no towel racks inside the shower so no place to hang wash cloth. I put one shower rod and it turned it black. More shelves and maybe a toe shelf for shaving would help. The shared kitchen was very hot and had a weird smell, bedroom was cleanish, but the floor was a little dirty and the bed had some hairs on it. Still, overall felt clean. Could have used hand towels too. Only given two towels and two wash clothes.

Sub par experience

The WiFi would not connect, they advertised streaming services but there was no remote for the TV. We were given two small bath towels for the entire 4 night stay. The bed only had sheets, but no blanket as pictured. The bed had a broken leg. The maid service entered our room, without knocking, 1 full day before our expected check out date.

Poor Management

We couldn’t even get into the building. And when we called for help the man who was supposed to help us was extremely rude and did not help us at all. He was so rude and unprofessional that we didn’t even end up staying at this location.
