The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. "The hotel is in a great central location. It is directly across the street from the Reading Market, which is a delightful place to visit. From desk staff to restaurant staff, housekeeping, and even the Uber drivers everyone was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Our room was large and the bathroom had adequate counter space for toiletries. Beds were quite comfortable and the duvet covering felt luxurious to lie under. A lovely place to stay."
