"Beautiful hotel in the middle of Yucay, staff was for the most part very friendly, just one time we encountered an unfriendly waiter during our dinner service. Breakfast was amazing!! A lot of options including an egg station. There was a wedding during our stay which made it noisy that one night but other than that, great stay"

"I was impressed with how wonderful the service was. Every staff we encountered greeted us with a smile and were quick to respond to any needs. They were very accommodating with requests and made us feel incredibly welcomed. The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of variety. So many staff were working in the breakfast section to make sure all the food and drinks were being refilled. Everyone has been so lovely. I'm thoroughly blown away. I rarely submit reviews but this one truly deserves one!! The free shuttle to the airport was also amazing and well coordinated."
