I had read this happened to others in a few reviews and I ignored it. I had been up since 4am, roaming around the sacred valley all day, and I was exhausted and dirty. "The shower was good. Do nog expect much as they provide the most basic necessities. Have to request for towels, hot water if needed one. There was no heater in the room!"

They never responded the phone, the address in the web page takes you to a construction site, and when asking around the town, no one knows this place. We were lucky to find another hostal for out trip last minute, if you dont want to have an unpleasent time, go other place. "
