"Efficient, friendly staff and the hostess Donna couldnt help us enough, very nice lady, let us know where we could eat and drink. Very comfortable beds and the room was clean and immaculate.Complimentary continental breakfast which was unexpected but much appreciated., Great location for visiting Anfield and approx a 20min walk, but plenty of bars en route.
Will definitely stay again when we are next up,100% recommend.

10/10 Excellent
"central to Liverpool One, safe, comfortable. There is a kitchenette area in the rooms which is great and complimentary coffee/tea. Staff was excellent."
"Fantastic hotel wonderful staff very disappointing that for the price of the stay the spa for just swimming isn’t included it was an additional £20 per person for 2 hours and then we where charged £20 for parking
I also requested flower and chocolates in the room as we had just got married and they wasn’t there
All in all we enjoyed our 2 night stay but there is a lot of hidden extras "
"Clean, quiet room and comfortable mattress. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is situated within easy walking of Chester with all it's shops and eateries. Easy driving to local sites of interest, including Ness Botanical Gardens, nature reserves and historical sites. A great base for exploring the surrounding area.
Hotel restaurant is fine for a more relaxed bite to eat.
Spa service and experience (massage) was very good.
Excellent buffet breakfast!!!
Good value for money. I would definitely visit again!"
