"Enjoyed the stay but the stress of booking and confirmation ruined the trip for me and my husband. Husband booked the room for me but the booking system picked up the name from his credit card and the hotel refused to honor the reservation. We couldn’t get anyone to help us . We Lived in total stress for over a month until she arrival at the hotel. And was allowed to check in. They told me when I called from indonesia that I would not be able to check in even with a copy of our marriage...
