"Very reasonably priced stay in downtown SF. Near the theater district. A bed and a bathroom. That is what I needed and it is what I got."

"Room was clean and tidy, had coffee and teas facility’s. Was a good size room but the hotel is very basic and old. Needs to be modernised but as the location is not great, I understand that the cost will not be beneficial. The breakfast was fresh and lovely and the staff were fantastic. Would recommend the hotel for anyone wanting a basic night stay, but be aware that the location is slightly overrun with homeless and streetsleepers. We did not feel unsafe or frightened at any point, "

"The hotel overall is nice and clean and pretty good if you’re just in the city for a couple days and spending most of your days outside and not in your hotel room. Liz was great letting us check in early to our room to explore the city early. One of the only issues we had in our stay was the a/c unit did not work at all. It was better to keep the window open to allow cool air to come in & our TV didn’t work at all which we didn’t mind but we wanted to watch tv before bed. "
