Beautiful resort or hotel, love the nature and plant. Staff were very friendly, love the breakfast, Check in and check out floor is too hot i was sweating like crazy. Beautiful floor but super hot and humid, feel sorry for the staff who work in that area.

Beautiful pool and grounds. Very welcoming front desk. Expansive breakfast options. Despite it being on the ocean there is no beach. Gym equipment is dated. Not a good place for anyone who has problems with steps.

Beautiful 5 star resort

Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Spacious room with beautiful sea view from 4 th floor. Extremely comfortable bed. Big tv and large bathroom. First class breakfast with wide selection in comfortable surroundings. Lovely pool area. Pool and room service menu with wide selection of Thai and western dishes at affordable prices. Only drawback is lack of beach. No access to ocean. Also, located outside of tourist area, not walkable distance to entertainment, dining and shopping areas. But hotel shuttle bus available in peak times. Otherwise 200 Baht taxi ride to walking street. Would stay there again. Many thanks to the caring, happy and professional staff !

Everything at the hotel was fantastic. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Shower water pressure isn't sufficient and water flows rather slowly.

Very decent hotel. Of course you pay for it and at this price tag you expect the best services premises and experience. It was good for an hotel that is not in its prime youth. Not exceptional but not terrible. A good choice with well trained staff which is not so common in Thailand.

the best part of the complex is the INFINTI bar and restaurant and also the best staff work there on our visit We found alot of areas not properly cleaned around the property inc the outside floor of the main restaurant, the air con units were dust filled and plates left outside the floor we stayed on for 2 days ..... The beach is small and private as advertised but no see\a access which isnt mentioned 5 star not yet but a good 4 star

There is no beach access. The place had dead roaches all around. Even in the kids zone!!! Terrible place will ruin your vacation. Can’t wait for the property to “be sorry and try to improve” in the replies

Air conditioner had mold and made the room smell moldy when it was on. The smell was very pungent. Asked for another room which had the same smell but a little less potent. We decided to settle as we were only there for 3 nights. Other than that the rooms were very spacious and clean. Water pressure was not that great for the shower. The swimming pools were awesome but not heated. The breakfast was excellent. Hotel also offers shuttle to the main strip in town. Staff was excellent. Would I stay here again, absolutely if they clean their air conditioners.

Staff were very friendly, room was amazing and cleaned and serviced everyday. If you are in a club intercontinental room you are entitled to club lounge afternoon savouries and sweets and also inclusive drinks at happy hour. Breakfast is extensive with huge amounts of choice. Not the facility for you if you are in a wheelchair, many many steps from room to pool but the main hotel roads do have a free buggy service. Lifts available in main building and restaurants. Staff service is top class and attentive. Room service is not cheap though so pop down town to a supermarket and stock up on "personal beverages". Minibar was very expensive too so check the prices first

Following our recent visit to the Intercontinental Pattaya we wanted to write and let your team know how much we enjoyed our recent stay and to thank all the staff who made out time at the hotel so special. From our seamless airport pick up to the welcome drinks and greeting at reception it was the start of a very special stay. Everyone from shuttle driver to housekeeping, provided a service that was excellent, delivered with a smile with all personnel committed to the hotel residents. The service in the club lounge was exemplary with staff showing awareness and thought when dealing with residents and ensuring the very best service was experienced by the residents. However, I am going to leave my biggest praise for Martin (Executive Chef) and his team who made our anniversary one of the very best. Martin showed a keen interest in all diners, however for us he offered to design a menu for our evening meal that also included a cake. This was a truly memorable experience that we shall never forget and have every intention of a return visit.
