"Breakfast was good and included. The staff was nice. Very nice beach view. Clean room. The A/C could use an upgrade. But depending on if you go in April. Leaving the patio doors open does cool the room down very well. "

"The hotel was very close to the airport. The room is very small and feels quite cramped. We travelled in April and there was no air con in the room. The room had a weird layout and was not very private. I wouldn’t travel to this hotel if you are travelling with a friend or not a close family member. The shower was fully on show. The bar area was quite nice and you had free coffee and snacks throughout the day. In the bar area there was a nice balcony to sit outside. "

"Hotel is modern, comfy beds, spacious room, breakfast had lots of options, pool and rooftop area very nice. Watched the sunrise from there one morning. The road is noisy but you can’t notice if the patio doors are closed. At first I thought the location was going to be an issue as it’s a couple of miles from the main tourist spots in Nice but realised quickly the transport options. There’s a tram stop just behind the hotel for easy airport transfer (blue line 2). The No.12+bus goes into the Old Town area and runs every 10 mins daytime. Best option are the Lime bikes to hire (usually half a dozen near the hotel in the mornings). The whole town is set up with cycle lanes. You could literally ride from the airport to hotel and the whole seafront on one cycle lane. "

" Unfortunately, this hotel was a big disappointment. The cleanliness was not up to standard we had to go downstairs every single day to request our room to be cleaned. The bathroom had issues as well: the tub would fill with water while showering, and the sink was leaking (both were eventually fixed after we reported them). The overall condition of the hotel feels quite run down. The hallways had an unpleasant smell, and the general upkeep just isn’t what you’d expect from a Marriott property. The bed was extremely hard I actually had to request an extra blanket just to make it more comfortable to sleep on. Towels were also poor quality, which added to the experience. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, and the rooftop view is beautiful. But overall, the hotel needs serious improvement. For the price and brand, it was very disappointing. "
