Rooms were good sized and clean. Bathroom has been updated and was great. The towels suck and would appreciate more then 1 skinny pillow. Take note you'll have to sleep with the windows closed, non-stop LOUD motorbikes and cars at night.

Two wonderful days in Nice.

A very nice hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. The hotel is very convenient from travel to and from the airport and it is only a short walk to the beaches and to the very nice old town. The hotel, for us, was perfectly located and very comfortable.

A property with plenty of character currently undergoing redecoration. It is well located for visiting the Nice tourist attractions and within walking distance of multiple bars, cafes and restaurants.

The hotel is dated but its location is great as you can walk to the Promenade & Old Town Nice in a few mins. The lobby area is being renovated, but the rooms & building in general needs an uplift. We found most of the staff very helpful & friendly.

Ok budget hotel, you get what you pay for.

Fine budget Hotel. Very worn and in need of investment. The staff were OK / indifferent at check in. The bed was OK and clean, bathroom old but clean. The room wax quiet, despite what others say. My room faced onto the garden terrace but the traffic is light in this area. Room was small , but fine for one night, before return flight the next morning. Short walk to the tram. BTW. I recommend the Windsor Garden restaurant just 65m away. Good value for good french cuisine

The hotel was clean and the air conditioning worked well. It was convenient to walk to the beach and have dinner. The housekeeper on my floor was friendly and greeted us every time we passed. However, there was an unusual rule prohibiting food in the rooms. While I didn’t want to eat in my room, I was constantly questioned each time I returned with bags of souvenirs to ensure there was none in there. 😂 If you get a good price I would stay here again. Everything was 10-15 min walk away.

Basic accommondation in the center of Nice

Location is very good and the hotel is over all worth of 3 stars. The service in the reseption a bit french, it could be more friendly. Housekeeping is very good. Breakfast is ok. I recommend the hotel for short stays in Nice.

The interior of the room was so old. It was not beautiful or inviting. This hotel definitely needs a renovation. The entrance is nice, the lobby is also nice but the room? For this price? I am glad I had just stayed for one night. Wouldn't book it again. The gap between what you pay and what you get is simply too big. Just the location of this hotel is nice though

Air con wasn’t working, staff weren’t that friendly, room we stayed in was very noisy. It was right next to the road. Cars were going past all through the night. Windows very thin. The hotel was very welcoming. Did not get much sleep. Would not recommend this place. Avoid!!!!!

This property’s room are not as advertised. Very outdated, drab. Had spiders in our rooms. Shower and tub were difficult to use and from 19 50s. Not that clean. Worst hotel I’ve been in in a long time. Service was not friendly.
