What a great hotel, perfect for old or new town adverts in Nice. Super rooms with plenty of space and nice in room amenities inc. sink, hob, fridge and even a washing machine for those planning longer stays. You will want to bring earplugs but that’s a small price to pay to be close to the action.

The mezzanine room was roomy enough to accomondate 4 of us. The convenience of havingna washing machine was ideal. The close proxomity to the beach. Saleya market and restaurants was convenient. Even thiugh hotel is right next to the vey busy square, you dont feel that when you are inside. The staff were always at hand to he helpful. Love Nice. Lovely and quaint town. Idyllic scenery.

Location of this boutique hotel was great. Easy walking to the local restaurants, cafes and 7 minutes walk to the huge shopping strip. The bakery downstairs served us fresh croissants, pastries & coffee for breakfast, which were delicious! Cleanliness of this hotel and friendly, helpful staff made our stay very enjoyable. Staff at front desk was really friendly and helpful. Easy access to visiting the old town and a lot of restaurant choices around the hotel. Major drawback is the location being too close to a square so it’s extremely noisy at night. One night the noise didn’t die down until 2 am.
