The beach view was absolutely perfect! The hotel was right on the beach but also a short walk to old town, and the rest of the city. Many good restaurants around, and staff was very nice! The sea view room with a balcony and chairs was beautiful and clean.

Great location - bus connections to everywhere on the doorstep. Beach across the street. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Hotel is quite outdated but the rooms are perfect for a city break. I would 100% use this hotel again. Thanks for making the trip so easy.

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday and Nicolas the reception staff was so nice that he gave us the best room with a large balcony compared to the others. We booked a sea room with balcony. The hotel over looks the sea and is very spacious. I would def stay here again in the future.

Room was good size for longer stay, most of the staff were friendly. No information in the room re services provided, including ie room service, breakfast . Very quite room which was requested. Location was excellent to the Promonade. This hotel could be 5 stars 🌟 with a bit of additional effort & adding some extras in the room and as location is fabulous and so is the building.

Best view in Nice. Very nice staff. The interior is a little tired but the building itself is one of the grand properties from the early twenties so you can forgive it being a little frayed at the edges. The only improvement that needs to be address is the carpeting in the rooms. It is stained in places and everyone would be better served if hard flooring took its place.
