" The rooms are a nice size. Staff speak English well. Beds were comfortable. Ate at restaurant. The breakfast was good. Dinner has a good menu and food is good. The location is close to the old town core, Plaza de Armas. You can walk it, subway or take a taxi/ride share from the hotel location for a minimal cost. The taxi, what we used, was $15.00 Canadian the subway now accepts foreign credit cards for purchase of subway tickets that started in March, 2026"

"This place is perfect if you need somewhere to stay before a flight. It's clean, the room is spacious. The restaurant offers good meal options. The breakfast buffet is good enough and the staff is very nice. Note that it is kind of far from downtown Santiago, I wouldn't stay there if your goal is to visit downtown, but definitely for a night before a flight 10/10 "

"Nice hotel to stay in close to the airport, clean and friendly staff. There was only 1 person on reception so check in took a while and the line was close to the hotel entrance. There should always be two people on reception."
