"booked the hotel for a night at around 9 pm and arrived at the property at around 11 pm. As soon as we got into the room, we noticed that there was no AC and asked to check out and get a refund (mind you we were only on the property for less than 10 mins) they did not grant it even though the listing on hotels.com does not mention that the property does not have AC. not helpful customer service/staff. and the rooms look nothing like the images, they clearly posted a picture of their best room."

El personal del front desk simplemente me indicó que, por ser domingo, debía ver por mi cuenta cómo llegar. Lamentablemente, no percibí intención de ayudar. La alfombra de la habitacion no es de un hotel 4-5 estrellas."
