Upon arrival, they requested a credit card. My hotel was booked and paid through Expedia. They double charged me for my stay even though it was paid in full. The room service was nice. The spa was amazing. We had a noisy room next to us and the phone rang all night and they were extremely loud. When they phone rang in their room. Ours did too. Overall not a bad stay but they charged my card after it was paid in full. They said they were charging a deposit but actually charged me for my entire stay. When we checked out I requested a receipt to show zero balance and they refused to provide stating I paid through Expedia.
