"Beautiful property with comfortable furnishings and lovely grounds with a fantastic pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good but it could have had a little more choice. We also ate dinner which was very good. The staff were polite and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. "

"I enjoyed having a morning breakfast, it was simple but delicious and allowed me to start my day easily. I requested an early check in which they accommodated and though they could not accommodate a late check out i was allowed to leave my bag so i could explore the city gardens a bit before I headed to the airport. Great place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood close to the old city centre."

"Perfect unique accommodation right on the ocean. Cleaned and restocked daily to a high standard. Included daily breakfast delivery was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Communication with the Houseboat Company was fantastic from time of booking throughout until after check-out.
