"Property is well located however the room we had was full of mold. The shared kitchen was dirty and the living room also had mold on the walls. We tried to get a different room since we were staying there for 7 nights. Only after 4 days did they tell us that they would allow us to cancel for the remainder of our stay and give us the money back. Unfortunately since it was last minute we could not find anything reasonable and had not choice but to stay. Disappointing that guestready did not...

"An absolutely beautiful place to stay in Ponta Delgada! The property is so nice to arrive to. The location is very convenient with plenty of free parking available nearby. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and there are fantastic amenities throughout the property. We made use of the outdoor, but enclosed jacuzzi every day. Breakfast is included, and the quality of the food was excellent. Most importantly, was the friendly staff. Everyone who worked there was always very cheerful and helpful. We would definitely return on our next visit to Ponta Delgada!"

"We absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing and the houseboat itself was spotless, comfortable and really well equipped. We especially loved the rooftop deck — such a lovely place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The staff genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful. Communication was excellent throughout and everyone we dealt with was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delivered fresh every morning and could be tailored to exactly what you wanted, which was such a lovely touch. Everything about the stay felt really well thought out, from the amenities on board to the fantastic service. Such a unique way to stay in São Miguel and one of the highlights of our trip. We would absolutely recommend it and would happily stay again!"
