"夜８時頃タクシーで到着しましたが、まず、このコンドミニアムの入り口で、部屋のオーナーからの連絡がなかったのか、警備員に止められ、確認がとれるまで長い間待たされました。そのあと、建物のレセプションが、鍵を受け取っていないとのことで、オーナーと連絡がとれるまで、再び待たされました。２泊しましたが、部屋の清掃やタオル交換はありませんでした。３泊したら石鹸やシャンプー、トイレットペーパーは足りなくなっていたと思います。部屋の世話係（？）の人の電話番号は教えてもらっていましたが、その人とまったく連絡がとれず、タオル交換などをお願いしましたが、対応してもらえませんでした。"
