"This hotel is inflexible. We needed to be to the airport by 6:30 AM, but their earliest scheduled shuttle was 7:00 AM, we were on our own. I attempted to get some coffee at 5:30 AM, they wouldn't do anything till 6:00 AM. We only had USD, they would only accept PHP. "

"Cleanliness of the hotel is average, there were cobwebs on the ceiling. The room is spacious, however there is an extra room that is unfinished. The staff did not assist us well. She should have told us to go outdise, around the building because it is more convenient to get our stuffs to the elevator. What inlove about this hotel is their airport shuttle- very efficient. We only paid for the parking and toll fees. The location is quiet but not easy to find. "

"The pool was excellent and the staff were professional, however, it would be much better if the servers would provide better poolside waiting. guests should expect servers to look to see if guests need some think from the bar or kitchen. Not everyone is fluid enough to go back and forth to place an order. Additionally, towels should be accessible neat the bar, not from afar"

"Near a busy intersection so I heard motorcycles all night long, not to mention the ppl in the room next to us . The walls were paper thin . The shower was moldy, a ceiling tile was missing in the toilet area. Air conditioning was good, tv was alright, breakfast downstairs was pretty good . Would pay more to stay elsewhere but it is within minutes of the airport."
