"Room was clean, beds comfortable and aircon excellent But unable to get Wi-Fi in room and nowhere comfortable to sit except on the bed. Pool lovely but no sun loungers. Room was not serviced during our 4 night stay but clean towels were provided on request. Maintenance also came quickly when a curtain pole came down and they also provided a mop at my request because I was frightened of slipping in the wet room. " Very nice sea and forest resort for a relaxed holiday Good room, good restaurants, good food, good facilities and good service. The staff here are all well train and they are always smiling and show their readiness to serve. Best resort I had ever stay, will definitely come back again."

"Air-conditioning is the best. Cleaning of the room, need to improve. A lot of left over hair on the floor. Complaint issue, we pay for 5 person room, but only provide 2 queen bed, how to sleep? Not right changing extra 1 person but without bed provided. Even towel also not enough for 5."
