"The hallway was dark. Our toilet got blocked and they asked us to change room. When we returned they was no room available and they offer us a room to take shower and have to wait for the boss to return before a room is available because there was no key to the room that was available. "Staff was rude to us as she was eating when we checked in. The so called sea view is a huge misrepresentation and the so called jazuzzi bathtub is not in working condition...the room description should be non working jacuzzi and extremely limited sea view with no amenities whatsoever. I would really like Expedia to enforced such irresponsible operator. I wil not recommend this hotel to anyone."

    "It is beautiful. The view is breathtaking and staff very helpful, especially Haykal who is so polite and friendly. The only negative point is that everywhere is so cold( air conditioning at max) and no selection of fruits at breakfast. Just a few fruits, diced and scarce. This country is the paradise of fruits , coconuts and bananas so they should have more"
